The show of Zhongfan, or Flag Poles, was part of imperial guard ceremonies in ancient China over 1,000 years ago. It has evolved into a thrilling acrobatic performance we see today. The flag poles can be up to 10 meters tall and weigh about the same as a 3-year-old child.
The skilled acrobats can throw and balance the poles with such ease as if they are light as feathers, all the while pulling off acrobatic stunts. Don't blink! You might miss the next crazy move!
