Guigang crowds line streets to honor departing rescuers

Flood control and rescue efforts in Guigang, Guangxi have achieved phased success, with ferocious floodwaters slowly retreating. When the rescue troops completed their mission were heading home, crowds of locals lined the road to see them off, handing over fresh flowers and local treats to express their thanks.
